Spinning Class

Spinning Class

Start your mornings strong with our new Spinning Class at Fort Myer Fitness Center. This high-energy indoor cycling class is open to Soldiers and civilians of all fitness levels and is designed to build endurance, strength, and motivation in a supportive group setting. Classes begin Monday, February 2, 2026, and take place every Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM. Each session is $0 per person, per class. That mean - Come on in, find a bike and get ready! Location: Fort Myer Fitness Center Questions: JBMHH-SFA@army.mil Or just stop by the gym in person to sign up and learn more.

Stay fit mentally and physically with Yoga classes offered at Fort Myer Fitness Center. Every Thursday, 5PM-6PM, improve your flexibility, reduce stress, and find some inner peace.
