Start your mornings strong with our new Spinning Class at Fort Myer Fitness Center. This high-energy indoor cycling class is open to Soldiers and civilians of all fitness levels and is designed to build endurance, strength, and motivation in a supportive group setting. Classes begin Monday, February 2, 2026, and take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM. Each session is just $7 per person, per class. Capital Classic Basketball Tournament

Capital Classic Basketball Tournament, scheduled to take place from February 13-16, 2026, in the Washington, D.C. area. (Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall) Billed as "The Military's Premier, Most Challenging Basketball Tournament," the event is presented by the Greater Potomac Officials Association (GPOA). Key details for participation include: Cost: $550 per team. Guarantee: Each team is guaranteed to play at least 3 games. Registration Deadline: February 1st, 2026.
