School Age Care (SAC): Helping Kids Thrive Beyond the Classroom

Military Families turn to School Age Care (SAC) to provide out-of-school care for children and youth ages 6-12 while also providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Some SAC programs may also include kindergarten age children.

Flexible Care When Families Need It Most

SAC provides safe, reliable care for children after the school day, during early release days, and on winter, spring, and summer breaks. While designed to support working families, homeschool students may also join in certain activities. SAC is a place where kids grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically outside of school hours.

Building Skills and Confidence

Our program encourages positive youth development by giving children opportunities to make choices, take on leadership roles, and collaborate with peers. Through hands-on activities and experiential learning, kids strengthen academic and life skills. We also provide homework support and engaging technology experiences to keep learning fun.

Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds

SAC promotes healthy lifestyles with daily physical activity, nutritious snacks, and programs that support overall wellbeing.

Clubs and Creative Exploration

Children can explore their interests in a club-like environment with options such as art, STEM, music, fitness, and more. Creativity and curiosity are at the heart of everything we do.

Out-of-School Time Care

Our School Age Care (SAC) program provides safe, reliable care during the school year. Whether it’s before school, after school, or on school-out days, SAC is here to support families. Daily routines are designed to complement the school schedule, with structured activities that help children succeed academically, grow socially and emotionally, and build important life skills.

Summer Camp Adventures

When school is out, SAC keeps the fun going! Our Summer Camp program runs for 10–12 weeks and offers full-day care filled with enrichment, recreation, and hands-on learning. Kids enjoy extended activities like field trips, theme weeks, and special events—all while maintaining the same high standards of safety and quality as our school-year programs.

The focus is on fun, exploration, and building friendships, giving children a summer full of memories while keeping parents confident their kids are in great hands.

Whether your SAC needs are more aligned with the Before school, After school and Before, and After School program or the Summer camp like full day activity program, one thing is for sure SAC is a fun place to be!
