Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is a free training program that helps you feel more confident in Army life. Whether you’re a Soldier, spouse, Family member, or Army Civilian, AFTB gives you skills to grow as a person, lead others, and handle military life with confidence.

- Meeting other people in your community
- Building leadership and communication skills
- Feeling more prepared for challenges that come with Army life
