Fort Myer Swimming Pools are generally open 12PM-8PM on Monday through Friday. Hours differ on the 50M and 25M pools for lap swim times and swim team practice. Please check the Swimming Pool website page and our Facebook page for any updates on closures, either pool or weather related. Weekend hours and pools have no restrictions.

Spinning Class
Start your mornings strong with our new Spinning Class at Fort Myer Fitness Center. This high-energy indoor cycling class is open to Soldiers and civilians of all fitness levels and is designed to build endurance, strength, and motivation in a supportive group setting. Classes begin Monday, February 2, 2026, and take place every Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM. Each session is $0 per person, per class. That mean - Come on in, find a bike and get ready!
