Appetizer:

 Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Pinwheel served with roasted shaved fennel and fresh roasted corn relish topped with Cilantro aioli and finished with julienne fried leeks

 

Salad:

  Fresh Red and Green Baby Romaine Caesar Salad accompanied by a Tangy Dijon vinaigrette and finished with fresh Parmesan Curls

 

Entrée Choice#1: Surf & Turf:

Char Grilled Filet Mignon accompanied by Lobster Tail sautéed in a light Garlic Sauce served with golden Yukon Potato Puree, fresh pencil tip asparagus, baby carrots, and  then finished with a Cabernet Sauvignon Reduction and Fried Leeks

 

Entrée Choice#2: Broiled Chilean Seabass

served on a bed of sautéed baby Spinach, Shitake mushrooms, roasted shallots, trio of pear tomatoes accompanied by a multi grain rice pilaf, and fresh pencil tip asparagus, baby carrots, and then finished with a light citrus Beuure Blanc reduction

 

Entree Choice#3: Venison Wellington w/Garlic Scallops

Classic wellington Served w/Red Wine Sauce accompanied with Pan Seared Scallops and accompanied by Roasted Fingerling Potatoes/Brussels Sprouts & Pencil Tip Asparagus
