Every child deserves to hear their parents’ voice read them a bedtime story and every Service Member desires to tuck their child in at night. At Child and Youth Services (CYS), we understand this is not always possible for our Military Families. To bridge the gap, our School Liaison Office in partnership with the School Liaison Program at Henderson Hall and United Through Reading invites parents to record a reading of their favorite story. This Read Across America event will provide your children with a story time they will cherish for a lifetime! Shared book reading is found to promote health and wellness for Military Children and Service Members alike! Bring your own book or pick from those provided.
Recording time slots are 15 minutes long.
Location: Cody Child Development Center (102 Custer Road, BLDG 203)
