Get ready to welcome 2025 in style at our New Year’s Bash! Until the clock strikes midnight, immerse yourself in a night filled with elegance, excitement, and unforgettable memories. Start the evening with a luxurious four-course dinner with your choice of an entrée and dessert. As the dining winds down, the party ramps up with a live DJ spinning tunes to keep you dancing all night long. Join us at midnight for a sparkling champagne toast to ring in the New Year with style and flair. In addition to dinner, light snacks will be served to keep you fueled through the festivities.

This event is open to adults 21 years of age or older. The dress code is business casual.

Event Schedule

6 p.m. | Cash bar opens.

7 p.m. | Dinner is served.

12 a.m. | Champagne Toast.


Menu

Appetizer: Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Pinwheel served with Roasted Shaved Fennel and Fresh Roasted Corn Relish topped with Cilantro Aioli and finished with Julienned Fried Leeks

Salad: Fresh Red and Green Baby Romaine Caesar Salad accompanied by a Tangy Dijon Vinaigrette and finished with Fresh Parmesan Curls 

Entrée 1: Broiled Chilean Seabass served on a bed of Sautéed Baby Spinach, Shitake Mushrooms, Roasted Shallots, Trio of Pear Tomatoes accompanied by a Multi Grain Rice Pilaf, and Fresh Pencil Tip Asparagus, Baby Carrots, and then finished with a Light Citrus Beurre Blanc Reduction.

Entrée 2: Beef Wellington with Pan Seared Garlic Scallops, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Pencil Tip Asparagus, and Red Wine Reduction

Entrée 3: Fettucine Pasta sauteed with Herbs, Vegetables and finished with Creamy White Sauce, then sprinkled with Parmesan

Dessert: Italian Tiramisu, Tripple Chocolate Mousse Cake or White Chocolate Mousse Cake

Payment must be made at the time of reservation.

Refunds will not be issued after December 20.
