Step into your weekend escape at the Freedom Lounge & Bar—Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall’s go-to spot for good vibes and great company. Whether you're winding down after duty or kicking off a night out, we've got the perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation. Challenge your friends to foosball, pool, air hockey, or darts, then catch the big game on our massive 98" TV. Open Thursday through Saturday evenings, it’s your place to grab a drink, play some games, and enjoy the moment.

Hours: Thursday: 5PM–9PM Friday & Saturday: 5PM–10PM

Spinning Class

Start your mornings strong with our new Spinning Class at Fort Myer Fitness Center. This high-energy indoor cycling class is open to Soldiers and civilians of all fitness levels and is designed to build endurance, strength, and motivation in a supportive group setting. Classes begin Monday, February 2, 2026, and take place every Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM. Each session is $0 per person, per class. That mean - Come on in, find a bike and get ready!
