Bring your family and friends for a night of groovy bowling fun! 

Stay fit mentally and physically with Yoga classes offered at Fort Myer Fitness Center.  

Every Thursday, 5PM-6PM, improve your flexibility, reduce stress, and find some inner peace. 

All levels welcome. Bring your mat and water. 

$7 per person : $50 per unit (call or email to schedule)

December 12th, 2025 at Cody School Age Center Gymnasium.  

Two available sessions are available:  3:30pm-4:30pm and 5:00pm-6:00pm.
