Spinning Class

Start your mornings strong with our new Spinning Class at Fort Myer Fitness Center. This high-energy indoor cycling class is open to Soldiers and civilians of all fitness levels and is designed to build endurance, strength, and motivation in a supportive group setting.

Classes begin Monday, February 2, 2026, and take place every Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM. Each session is $0 per person, per class.  That mean - Come on in, find a bike and get ready!
