Never Too Late Senior Fitness Class (N2L)

Staying active has never been easier.

Note: This event has already passed.

Stay healthy and maintain an active lifestyle with our Sports and Fitness Program. N2L focuses on stretching, balance and strength exercises. Class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

This class assists with the following:

  • Maintaining a high level of fitness
  • Recovering from hip, back and knee operations
  • Controlling your blood pressure, blood sugar and weight

Location: Community Activity Center (228 McNair Rd., BLDG 405)

Eligibility: Active Duty Military, AD Family Members, Reservist, DoD Civilians and Retirees, and their Family Members.
