Welcome to Baby Boot Camp: Your Comprehensive Parenthood Preparation
Are you eagerly awaiting the arrival of your bundle of joy? The journey to parenthood is an extraordinary one. It’s filled with excitement, questions, and a touch of nervousness. Our Baby Boot Camp class is here to guide you through this transformative phase, ensuring you're well-prepared for the first few weeks with a newborn.
This class is open to adults only.
Topics include:
- Soothing a fussy baby
- Safe sleep
- Newborn care
- Postpartum care
- Feeding and more!
Location: Army Community Service classroom 218 (239 Sheridan Avenue, BLDG 417)
Eligibility: Active Duty Military, DoD Civilians, Retirees, Contractor and Family Members.
