This in-depth five session curriculum was designed to help regular people learn coping skills when they are beginning to fill overwhelmed and frustration more frequently. Together we will explore the physiology of anger and how to express our concerns in an appropriate and respectful way. We will discuss triggers, coping, assertive communication and self-care.
