27th Annual Capital Classic Basketball Tournament

Get ready for the largest, most competitive tournament in the Department of Defense. The Capital Classic Basketball Tournament showcases the top men's and women's basketball teams from all branches of the Armed Forces. During this four-day tournament, you'll not only witness some of the best talent in the area, but also enjoy three-point shootouts, halftime contests, music and great food. This tournament will conclude with a championship game, followed by the crowning of the tournament’s MVPs.

The Capital Classic is an opportunity for basketball players with advanced athletic skills to compete in a national stature competition. This tournament enhances individual morale and unit esprit de corps, promotes teamwork and cooperation, engages in competitive sports, and encourages individuals to attain and sustain high levels of physical fitness and readiness. Registration is open to men's teams and women's teams.
 

Eligibility: Active Duty Military, AD Family Members, DoD Civilians and Retirees, and their Family Members

Cost

• $550 per team

*Cost covers officials, awards and participant shirts.
