Intramural Softball 2026

The Intramural Softball League kicks off May 4, 2026, and every team on base (or off for that matter) thinks they’re bringing home the bragging rights. Spinning Class
Start your mornings strong with our new Spinning Class at Fort Myer Fitness Center. This high-energy indoor cycling class is open to Soldiers and civilians of all fitness levels and is designed to build endurance, strength, and motivation in a supportive group setting. Classes begin Monday, February 2, 2026, and take place every Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM. Each session is $0 per person, per class. That mean - Come on in, find a bike and get ready!
