With most people working from home during the COVID 19  situation, keeping fit and staying active requires a unique approach — and one that's not as easy as just going to your local gym or fitness studio (most of which are now closed).  At-home fitness is more important now than ever.

Thankfully, there exist plenty of free at-home virtual workouts that require nothing more than a little can-do attitude to use. Family and MWR has put together a few examples, from strength training and core workout to cardio sessions and upper and lower body-focused routines.
